IKM San Diego, Krav Maga Point Loma Class Review

At IKM San Diego Krav Maga Point Loma, instructor Benjamin Halcewicz reviewed some of the material from last weeks class. Next instructor Benjamin Halcewicz taught the class some variations of chokes and a headlock. These skills were reviewed and practice with all students in class. Krav Maga Point Loma Chokes

We did chokes release from:

• front
• side
• back

Then students were also taught defenses against headlock from:

• side
• back

Instructor Benjamin Halcewicz then finished up the Krav Maga Point Loma class by having all the students closing their eyes and feeling the choke or headlock and delivering the proper technique. All students that requested to perform this skill were allowed to practice this technique at a beginner as well as advanced level.
