Real life self defense! A true story about a teenage girl and how her Krav Maga Training Pays Off!

The Hamstead Highgate Express recently published a news article about a teenage girl, just 12 years old, who used her real life self-defense training to defend herself against a would be perpetrator.

To say she was brave is an under-statement. She relied on her Krav Maga training and put “contact combat” into action. The girl knew exactly what to do as soon as she felt the stranger’s attempt to grab her.

“With her year plus of Krav Maga training, she reacted quickly elbowing the perpetrator and then kneeing [him] in the groin before taking off at a clip to safety before calling me,” the teenage’s mother told the Express.
