FREE SELF DEFENSE CLASSES IN GREENVILLE, SC

I wanted to thank Krav Maga Jo for writing about Eliza Fletcher yesterday. This prompted me to share that my friends who are also avid runners, are eager to attend self defense classes, but many of them cannot afford them. I know some martial arts schools in Greenville, SC offer unlimited classes for less than $150/mo. But as a stay-at-home mom, I’m not always able to take advantage of the unlimited number of classes that are available.

That’s why I asked Krav Maga Jo to keep Greenville SC in mind and help us find free self defense classes; and if she can find free Krav Maga classes, even better!

FREE SELF DEFENSE GREENVILLE

Krav Maga Jo comes through! Unfortunately, I’m not sure if I can make the free self defense classes this weekend for the same reasons I stated earlier, but I’m very happy that Krav Maga Jo has come through for all of us runners in Greenville, SC! She found us a free self defense class this Saturday, October 8th, 2022 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM.

No one should be afraid to go for a run. Our goal with this free clinic is to educate you on how to run safer and equip you with life saving skills.
